 Near the popular nightclub strip on Chippewa, Buffalo Chophouse provides a fine steakhouse experience. Starting with complimentary valet parking, elegant seating in large leather chairs, crystal barware and good service, you'll be making your next reservation before you have your first meal. For carnivores who want to live it up, order apple wood bacon strips as an appetizer. Seafood fans will appreciate the lobster bisque, a creamy potage with large pieces of lobster and a flakey biscuit placed in the middle of the bowl. For an entrée, you can't go wrong with any aged steak or surf ‘n’ turf combination. We recommend the 32-ounce rib-eye prepared "Oscar style"; this mammoth cut is topped with béarnaise and chunks of crab. End with the volcanic chocolate cake with ice cream. This is a place for celebrations.
