This restaurant's anything-but-chic industrial neighborhood may make you think you're lost, as this place is fashionably hidden from the masses. It seems like writer-producer Tony Yerkovich, creator of TV's "Miami Vice," opened this upscale bar-eatery for those in his circle of players. If you're not in the biz, you may encounter a hint of attitude, but don't be discouraged. You are almost certain to score a satisfying, albeit pricey, meal here. Some might argue that chef Patrick Healy---who can cook the classics with some of the best French chefs in town---is wasting his talents with all-American comfort food. But dishes like braised Maine lobster with morel mushrooms, pancetta-wrapped squab with fresh cherry vinegar sauce and one of the world's most expensive chicken potpies are impressive enough to make anyone feel good---even if they don't have their own entourage. Desserts (pecan pie-crumble sundae, banana cream pie) tend to be winners as well. The retro dining room, clubby and cozy, is noisy, and many people gravitate to the patio, which is prime people-watching territory.
