Taking its name from that iconic downtown monument, Bull Run aims to please those money movers and shakers with its menu of contemporary American fare fused with Asian, French and Italian flavors. The classic, wooden dining room and bar area offers a solidly stable ambience away from the ups and downs of the stock tickers. Start with the butternut squash-coconut soup with ginger, crème fraîche, basil oil and ginger croutons or the Maryland crab-Nova Scotia lobster scallop cake. For an entrée, try the handmade buckwheat noodles featuring porcini-infused yellowfin, baby bok choy, pea shoots and ginger-dashi broth or the coriander Colorado lamb chops with creamy grits, asparagus and a raspberry-Pinot Noir sauce.
