Burger Joint, the once “secretive” burger spot tucked away behind the curtain off the lobby of Le Parker Meridien in Midtown, has expanded to Greenwich Village. The same neon burger sign greets visitors, and so does the same menu. Fortunately for those living in lower Manhattan, the quality of the burger here is just the same as the original location. And by that, we mean it’s one of the best burgers in the city. The patties are medium-thick and the bun is soft and nonintrusive. You can pair it with crispy fries, but it’s still all about the burger. Also located at 119 W. 56th St., New York, 212-708-7414.
