GO Burger offers the namesake item in a range of vegetarian, seafood and meat incarnations, accompanied by predictable and slightly more daring sides. If you’re a purist, you won’t be disappointed by GO Burger’s signature meat version, a hearty combination of short rib, chuck, sirloin and brisket, which you can enliven with a dollop of the restaurant’s own BLT sauce. By no means, however, should you only stick to burgers. Kobe hot dogs are juicy and flavorful, smoked over hardwood with a blend of spices, and there are also tacos, fried chicken and other diner-type dishes. Sides like waffle fries and fried dill pickles add a nice crunch to everything; mac ‘n’ cheese is an option, too. All may be washed down with a spiked milk shake made with Baileys or bourbon.
