Warm, rich colors, circular Art Deco booths, maroon walls and deep-red cherry wood inhabit the room, where the few window-side tables are much in demand. But wine and tapas are the main attractions here. More than 400 wines by the bottle and 60 by the glass are featured; fortunately, the menu recommends pairings. The menu of small-ish plates is a plus for those who enjoy sharing. We suggest the roasted beet dip with goat cheese crostini, the duck empanada, the beef carpaccio, or the shrimp and grits. Desserts may include a raspberry chocolate truffle panna cotta served over orange coulis.
