THIS RESTAURANT IS CLOSED Busghetti on Marco Lake Restaurant Review: This on-site restaurant for the Lakeside Inn sits on scenic Marco Lake. The Italian menu includes some nice, if limited, entrées, with a focus on seafood. The location allows for lots of pre- and post-dinner strolling and some of the best shell-collecting in the state of Florida. The evening service starts early bird early, that is 5 p.m., a prime time for dining for many retirees. Appetizers include insalata caprese---tomatoes and buffalo mozzarella with fresh basil---while entrées cover the expected range of seafood, pasta, chicken, steak and veal. Veal saltimbocca is not always easy to find, even in Italian restaurants, and here it's prepared traditionally: veal sautéed with white wine, sage and prosciutto and served on a bed of pasta. And if you're not on a diet, try the Chicken Pizzalola, chicken breast sautéed in olive oil and baked with fresh tomato sauce and a mozzarella topping and served on a bed of pasta.
