THIS RESTAURANT IS CLOSED Bussaco Restaurant Review:

Set in the space that was once Lento’s in Brooklyn’s Park Slope, this American-Italian hybrid restaurant is laden with wood and brick, much of it from reclaimed and recycled material. Owner and sommelier Scott Carney brought on chef Matthew Schaefer, late of Le Bernardin, to work a kitchen that churns out above average Italian and American dishes, using organic ingredients. Brick oven pizza (the clam pie is terrific) and pasta dishes (first-timers should try the spaghetti carbonara) give way to main courses like a juicy grilled skirt steak and a whopper of a grass-fed burger. A few local brews are available and the huge wine list (created by Carney, of course) has a few tip top selections and some nice affordable ones too.
