Byblos Restaurant Review: Byblos offers moderately priced Middle Eastern cuisine in a high-ceilinged, whitewashed dining room. At the cloth-covered tables, regulars converse over aromatic rice; meaty cabbage rolls; a parsley-rich tabbouleh; skewers piercing exotically seasoned beef, shrimp, fish, lamb and chicken; and such honey-laced desserts as ashta (a traditional Lebanese sweet that’s a cross between clotted cream and pudding) and baklava. There’s a full bar and wine list, too. Attached to a shopping mall, this outpost of Byblos is a standout for its service. Other locations.
