THIS RESTAURANT IS CLOSED Byron's Hot Dogs Restaurant Review:

Byron’s is undeniably the most upscale hot dog stand around. The menu ranges far and wide through all that Chicago hot dog stands are famous for: Vienna hot dogs (the skinless variety), Polish sausages, hamburgers, grilled chicken sandwiches, french fries, et al. The hot dog comes with all (if you choose) the important bun-stuffing stuff: mustard, relish, onions, tomatoes, pepper, pickle and celery salt---and it’s simply great. The Polish is a big one that sticks out a half-inch on either end of the steamed bun, and it has a nice snap to it. The french fries are terrific. If you don’t think you should, but you’re made of weak stuff, finish things off with cheesecake or a Ben & Jerry’s brownie bar.
