Cactus offers generous, flavorful burritos, tacos, tamales, tortas and enchiladas. You order at the counter from a long list of fillings that include pollo asado, red or green mole, shrimp, carnitas, and the lighter but equally delicious vegetables asados, a combination of grilled squash and seasonal vegetables marinated in garlic and red wine. The tortillas are lard free, the chips are fried in safflower oil, and the pork and beef are from the high-quality purveyor Niman Ranch.
