| This hip eatery features dozens of tapas and three different paellas, served in its spacious main dining room, other more intimate Spanish-themed rooms and extensive outdoor patios with Strip views. Among accomplished versions of Spain's traditional rice pilaf, we like the shrimp with tomatoes and zucchini and the beef tenderloin with asparagus and artichokes, with a crunchy crust of rice from the hot pan. Our favorite tapas are the roasted dates wrapped in bacon, the simple warm, baked goat cheese with tomato sauce, and Serrano ham with tomato bread. Save room for the tapas-style desserts---flan, caramelized banana with vanilla ice cream, and truffle chocolate cake. The extensive list of Spanish red and white wines is complemented by signature sherries and house-made sangrÃas. |
