One Off Hospitality is behind Café Cancale in Wicker Park. Led by partners Paul Kahan, Donnie Madia, Terry Alexander and Eduard Seitan, the restaurant is inspired by Kahan's 50th birthday trip to Brittany's Cancale, aka the oyster capital of France. The concept brings together French cuisine with Midwestern ingredients. Savor more than 60 seafood-friendly French and coastal wines to be enjoyed with dishes such as trout meunière and buttered lobster bialy.
