Cafe Citti Restaurant Review: It looks like another roadside eatery, but when you enter Café Citti, you're struck by the handsome deli case stocked with freshly made salads, cold cuts and cheeses, and juicy, bronze chickens stuffed with garlic and rosemary twirling on the rotisserie. Take picnic supplies to go. Or, blend with the locals who order at the counter and await delivery at a table inside or on the pleasant deck. Family-style menus are available and required for larger groups. Mix-and-match hot pastas hit the spot, especially when paired with Italian wines by the glass (there are also a number of local brews on tap). Specialty dishes include pork-filled ravioli topped with basil-tomato cream; potato gnocchi with choice of meat and sauce; and a classic lasagna Bolognese with béchamel sauce. Pizza lovers will be happy to see pies on the weekday menu. Save room for the house-made tiramisu, cannoli or special dessert of the day.
