| Though Café Colonial looks like a typical French café, the menu owes more to Brazil (the owner's native land) than to France. The food and service tend to be spotty, but the rich soups and simple dishes are surprisingly good as is the latte. And the moist and crusty Portuguese cornbread comes free.
