This humble but hot spot is great for an off-hours shopping break. But come brunch, dinner and late-night, you’d better have a reservation if you want to sit down in this quasi-Viennese café. Eat light or heavy---dishes run from croque monsieurs to goulash. Named after wiseacre humorist Fran Lebowitz, this joint is owned by Brian McNally, and attracts the occassional customer with an equally recognizable name.
