Completely remodeled in 1998, The Café at The Four Seasons Hotel is casual but chic, with inlaid marble flooring and hand-finished wooden chairs and tables as well as contemporary art works. Starting at 6:30 a.m., you can sip coffee here as you munch on some of the hotel’s excellent croissants and pastries, and throughout the day you can savor such specialties as the roasted-chicken BLT on cracked oat-bran toast or the grilled flank steak with shoestring french fries, along with pizzas and pastas. Also on the menu are alternative cuisine selections (meaning they’re lower in calories, cholesterol, sodium and fat), including a pave of salmon and a Tuscan chicken stew.
