THIS RESTAURANT IS CLOSED Cafe Marcella Restaurant Review

: When a restaurant offers simple yet satisfying and delicious food, all other amenities are bonuses. Such is the case with the charming and stylish Café Marcella. The clean, white room boasts only a fantastic bloom of seasonal flowers and some personable paintings. The attractive staff offers savvy recommendations from the wine list, culled from the adjoining wine shop. On the homespun menu the pasta Bolognese cloaked in a heady tomato sauce appeases both the soul and the stomach. Meat entrées include roasted venison chops with wild mushroom polenta and an excellent rack of lamb. Various antipasti, seasonal salads and changing daily soups such as spicy eggplant or wild mushroom offer lighter options. Linger over espresso and gelato to end the evening on a perfect note.
