THIS RESTAURANT IS CLOSED Cafe Poulet Restaurant Review

: What does it take to get rotisserie chicken back on the local dining map? Such restaurants as this chicken-rich eatery that combines the Latino traditions of full-flavored grilling with a world of other culinary influences, letting you in the chicken-eating public have this feathered fowl any way you want: in a wrap, tossed in a salad, layered on panini, moistened in a rich chicken tortilla soup, and slathered with barbecue sauce. Of course, you can have your rotisserie chicken whole, or disjointed into halves or quarters, white or dark meat---in other words, management offers Everyman's chicken, and the concept is a great success. We vote for the chicken panini sandwich with the side of carrot-cabbage slaw. Should you tire of chicken, however, (though why would you with so many choices) management does take into account the red-meat fans by offering flank steak as well. Desserts are strictly limited to baklava, with an occasional chance selection of cheesecake. Eat in or eat out: Just eat chicken!
