Under a different, energetic chef, this 14th Street destination captures both the young and the young-at-heart with its funky menu. The problem is, since the chef cooks seasonally, the menu is never static, except for such items as his drop-dead burger with a mound of fries---make those sweet potato fries, please---the Monte Cristo sandwich encrusted with crushed Frosted Flakes, or the chicken duet (roasted breast and a croquette) on the dinner menu. Top off the meal with a portion of the dense, rich peanut butter cheesecake. Check out the wine and beer specials for the night, and if you still feel like partying, head downstairs to the club.
