THIS RESTAURANT IS CLOSED Cafe Spoleto Restaurant Review: If you're in pursuit of a romantic dinner getaway, head to Café Spoleto, a Mediterranean bistro bathed in a gentle radiance of candlelight. Modest modern art and simple pine tables add to the pacific milieu. Café Spoleto is reputed for its rustic, exquisite fare based on the peasant cooking of Italy, Spain and France. The menu changes every 2 weeks, so regulars are always in for a delicious surprise. We began our dining spree with the palatable leek soup and warm bruschetta with grilled pears. For dinner, we chose the featured item---tender organic chicken nestled under a fresh and fragrant fennel sauce, curly endive, roasted Yukon gold potatoes and grilled mushrooms. Later, we sampled the paella, a delightful saffron-flavored rice combined with risotto, Italian sausage, mussels, chicken, crispy rösti potatoes, tender green beans, and red and gold peppers, all dramatized by the nutty flavored cranberry-bean.
