Cafe Zucchero Restaurant Review: Come to the "Sugar Café" in the morning for jolting shots of espresso accompanied by freshly baked croissants or other breakfast pastries. You can enjoy them on the tiny sidewalk terrace, a private patio in back or the marble-floor main room. If we're in a rush for lunch, we grab a slice of pizza, one of the meat-filled pastries or a freshly made panini sandwich. Dinner means calamari fritti, veal Marsala, and other traditional Italian fare. Desserts include tempting homemade cakes, marzipan creations and gelato (chocolate-hazelnut, pistachio, coffee). Part of the Busalacchi restaurant group, Café Zucchero bustles and delivers authentic Sicilian food and ardent hospitality. |
