Caffe Bella Italia Restaurant Review: It’s a family affair at this Pacific Beach restaurant. Chef-proprietor Stefano Ceresoli and wife Roberta offer a menu of classic Milanese dishes such as risotto, gnocchi, pizza and homemade pastas in an unpretentious atmosphere. Fish selections are deftly prepared; we recommend the salmon with rosemary and lemon, as well as the grigliata mista di pesce, an ample mix of halibut, salmon and shrimp over greens. There are over 30 pizza choices, including the traditional (caprese and margherita) and far out (smoked salmon and Brie). Gelato, sorbets and profiteroles make for good desserts. There’s a nice kid's menu too.
