| We have not once been disappointed by CPK. The list of two-dozen crispy-thin pizzas includes all the standards, but there also are inventive versions like wild mushroom, mango tandoori chicken and BLT---complete with mayonnaise. Our favorites, however, include the roasted garlic chicken with garlic-shallot butter and barbecue chicken, which also is among its most popular. You also can design your own pie. Of course, if you can tear yourself away from the pizzas---we almost never can---do try one of the pastas; we recommend the Thai linguine with spicy peanut-ginger sauce. Another Asian option, the crisp Chinese chicken salad, is satisfying as well. Salad portions are large, so keep in mind that you can get a half-order. Soups, appetizers, sandwiches made with good hearth-baked focaccia and filling desserts round out the menu. The strawberry lemonade is a must. |
