| CPK’s famous barbecue chicken pizza and another pie topped with pear and Gorgonzola join more traditional versions with pepperoni or good old mozzarella and tomato sauce. The fusion dishes goes far beyond pizza, though, with a raft of appetizers including Korean barbecue steak tacos, crispy mac ‘n’ cheese topped with panko, and tortilla spring rolls. On the extensive salad list you'll find Waldorf chicken, miso shrimp, and caramelized peach, to which grilled chicken or shrimp or sautéed salmon may be added. With only a few exceptions (Kung Pao spaghetti among them) the pasta list is fairly traditional. Desserts range over some of America’s most popular sweet meal-enders, from tiramisu to Key lime pie. The wine list is a curious selection---Jordan Cabernet Sauvignon with pizza?---so consider the beer list, which presents a selection of local craft brews. Note the specialty Italian sodas. |
