| At CPK, there is more to pizza than pepperoni and sausage. In fact, this international chain sees the pie as a blank canvas, to be topped with delicacies from around the globe. Pizzas include carne asada, Jamaican jerk chicken, Greek and Thai chicken, with the global influence found among appetizers, pasta and entrées as well. Starters include Singapore shrimp rolls and "Tuscan" hummus (made with cannellini beans), while mains include jambalaya, Baja fish tacos and ginger salmon. Desserts are far less exotic, but enticing nonetheless, and include a red velvet cake, chocolate banana cake and Key lime pie. |
