With its pink walls and shiny everything, the French Quarter location of Camellia Grill looks just like the uptown original, and the menu is a carbon copy. Seating is available at two U-shaped counters manned by big-personality servers wearing crisp white jackets. Expect juicy burgers, oversize waffles, and a breakfast omelet of bacon, ham, onions, and Swiss and American cheese, served with french fries. This outpost serves alcohol --- beer and mimosa freezes only. Best of all, the place is situated on a high-traffic corner with big windows overlooking area activity. Also located at 626 S.
