Camino Restaurant Review: Russell Moore, a former chef at Chez Panisse, took an old furniture store and created the rustic-chic environment that is Camino. The menu is small and changes daily to feature what is fresh and in season. Dishes may include a radicchio and frisée salad with grilled pancetta and Parmesan, or grilled duck breast and crêpinette with sauerkraut, lentils and rosemary. Classic brunch dishes get the California cuisine treatment: house-made donuts with roasted rhubarb; duck fat-roasted potatoes; poached eggs with farro and fava beans; and ling cod brandade with radishes and English peas. |
