Mexican restaurants have been at this site across from the Volusia Mall for years. This one, with its palapa (thatched-roof) bar, 32-degree beers and a machine that churns out fresh tortillas on demand, is the best yet. From the mesquite grill come lobster tail, Paco's carne asada steak tacos and grilled lobster tacos. Chico's Grande Chimichanga is grand indeed; the burritos are plump bundles bursting with flavorful meat, beans and cheese. Combination plates are piled high with Mexican favorites. Order sizzling meat, chicken or seafood fajitas, or let the chef flash-fry a vegetarian mix that comes to the table crackling-hot with all the trimmings.
