| An elegant setting with stucco walls, lace curtains, antique mirrors, and dark wood tables and floors invites lingering. The Northern Italian cuisine crafted with local ingredients is brimming with robust flavors inspired by Tuscany. A small menu features antipasti, pastas (don't miss the ricotta ravioli and gnocchi) and entrées, which typically include pork, fish and beef options. Desserts are equally tempting, especially the brown butter torta filled with pear and almonds, and served with cinnamon gelato. The Italian and Northwest-focused wine list is a bit pricey, but you can keep costs down by selecting the house wine. Dine inside or out depending on the season: on a warm night, opt out of the dining room's high noise level and choose a quiet sidewalk table.
