 Power and glamour are on the menu at this chain steakhouse where the suits mix it up with fêting couples, and liquid capital takes the form of martinis and big red wines. The dry-aged steaks are generally topnotch; we recommend the sirloin and the Delmonico. We also dare you not to stuff yourself silly on creamed spinach, oysters and shrimp cocktail. If excess is your thing, this is your place, though an $18 lunch special (soup, sandwich, side) is a nod to these recessionary times. There's no arguing with Americana on a plate --- just as long as it's well cooked.
