| The Capital Grille's stylish décor includes a mahogany bar and a gallery of photos of famous local celebrities as well as some with names and faces bearing national clout. Steaks are aged on the premises, with choices like filet mignon, a 14-ounce or 20-ounce sirloin, a 22-ounce Delmonico and a 24-ounce porterhouse. Sides include au gratin potatoes, fresh asparagus with hollandaise, roasted seasoned mushrooms and creamed spinach. Don't overlook other entrée options such as lobster, double-cut lamb chops, seared salmon with a two-mustard sauce and grilled swordfish jardinière. Seafood is flown in fresh daily from both Florida coasts. For dessert, you'll find crème brûlée, Key lime pie and a flourless chocolate-espresso cake. |
