This bright, spacious Dominican restaurant rocks with good will and meringue from the jukebox all night long. From the kitchen come dishes like the mixed seafood, deep saucers brimming with lobster, crab, clams and mussels in pale-red broth. Like many Dominican places, the platters at Caridad arrive with ample portions of beans, saffrony yellow rice and caramelized fried plantains.
