Carmine's is owned by the folks behind Rosebud restaurants; as such, you can expect to find similar dishes here. You'll also encounter the same bountiful portions, energetic atmosphere and upbeat servers dispensing classics like chicken or eggplant Parm. Lots of salads dot the menu, as do choices like orecchiette with broccolini and sausage. Begin with baked clams or bruschetta and move on to tortellini carbonara or green noodles and ricotta. Then again, the juicy burger is quite good, too. Sit on the patio when itâ€™s warm --- the people-watching is prime.
