 Carmine's Restaurant Review: Carmine's is owned by the folks behind Rosebud restaurants; as such, you can expect to find similar dishes here. You'll also encounter the same bountiful portions, energetic atmosphere and upbeat servers dispensing classics like sausage and peppers or eggplant Parm. Lots of salads dot the menu, as do choices like ricotta-filled tortellini with prosciutto and mushrooms. Begin with baked clams or bruschetta and move on to cheese ravioli or creamy fettuccine Alfredo. Then again, the juicy burger is quite good, too. Sit on the patio when it’s warm --- the people-watching is prime. |
