The Catbird Seat Restaurant Review

: The Catbird Seat is located in the heart of Nashville’s Midtown neighborhood. Although its founding chefs, Josh Habiger and Erik Anderson, have left their posts, former Noma sous chef Trevor Moran has been named executive chef. The dining experience is strictly a seven-course tasting affair costing $100 per person plus a mandatory service fee. There are just a few drink options: $40 for a standard wine pairing with each course, $75 for a reserve wine pairing, and $20 for non-alcoholic drinks. For a $30 corkage fee, you may bring your own wine. There’s also a small wine list of high-end bottles.
