Chef Toribio Prado’s innovations are maintained by his disciples in this tribute to the foods of Spain and to its native son Salvador Dali’s artwork. Paellas, tapas and softly strumming guitars create the mood downstairs while hot contemporary music reigns in the club room upstairs. There are lots of spicy choices on this menu including the jerk chicken sandwich at lunch, while dinner entrées include mango chicken with black beans, rice and plantains, and a swordfish in tomatillo sauce. The bar reflects the artsy neighborhood it serves.
