Cayton's Burger Bistro Restaurant Review: When The Ritz-Carlton, Dove Mountain, flipped this restaurant into a burger joint, the golf course crowd naturally cheered. And with good reason, because the burgers are anything but pedestrian. The CC, for example, comes with a swipe of chipotle aïoli, slices of pepper jack cheese and pecan wood-smoked bacon, tomato and lettuce. The Sonoran is topped with a pinto bean ragoût, cojito cheese, mustard, mayo, pico de gallo and more of that pecan wood-smoked bacon. With a side of chile lime potato chips and an Arnold Palmer shake --- green tea and lemonade ice cream --- all that's missing are penny loafers and poodle skirts. If you’re not hankering for a burger, then perhaps the baby-back ribs or a turkey club sandwich will do. As with the other dining rooms at Dove Mountain, ingredients come from nearby ranches and farms. It’s a long drive from town but it’s worth it.
