Cee Fine Thai Dining Restaurant Review: A quick scan of the menu reveals the meaning of “Cee”: “creativity, elegance, education,” and that may or may not be the intention of the kitchen. Like most Thai restaurants, this place offers many expected dishes: pad thai, larb, yellow curry and panang curry. But also uncovered are a few preparations that are both unfamiliar and in some cases, not Thai: Australian rib-eye braised in a Thai herbal soup, wonton skins stuffed with cream cheese and crab meat, and lamb. On the brighter, all-Thai side, the kitchen does offer duck curry---a rarely served dish around town---and a commendable grilled steak salad. The Key lime pie provides plenty of creamy calories.
