THIS RESTAURANT IS CLOSED Celestino Italian Steak House Restaurant Review

: Chef Celestino Drago creates a fascinating blend of his Sicilian-Italian roots and the all-American steakhouse in this cozy, even romantic, restaurant for lovers of a rather special kind of beef. Piedmontese, a native Italian breed being grown in the U.S., has amazing flavor, tenderness and much lower fat and cholesterol than not only other beef but also some poultry. (Health information is on a card atop each table.) The restaurant presents these huge and tasty steaks with an assortment of its own steak sauces, then surrounds them with a menu of pastas and salads with a style that’s more Mediterranean than Montana. If you remember this same locale recently as L’Arancino Cucina Siciliana, you’re correct. That was also Drago’s place, but he changed the focus.
