Cellar Gascon Restaurant Review: Chef Pascal Aussignac opened Cellar Gascon following the success of Club Gascon. This small, intimate annex offers an impeccable wine list (of course) and very good cooking. Choose from a menu of small plates that might include Basque-style barbecued pork ribs or glazed scallop with apple, and daily changing specials. Mains might include duck fillet and confit potato. There’s a nice choice of vegetables, cheeses and desserts. Or go for the value lunch menu: £8 gives you the dish of the day and a glass of wine, and the £11 deal adds a starter or dessert or cheese.
