Centonove Restaurant Review

: This cozy, bright restaurant features artisan cheeses and charcuterie and hand-tossed pizzas, along with creative small plates (go for the meatballs, wood-fired cauliflower or Calabrian shrimp scampi) and a good selection of wine and beer. Try the pizza Bianco with fresh mozzarella and Fontina, or the polpo with octopus, pesto, fennel, arugula and crispy lemon. The beet salad with white balsamic reduction and house-made ricotta is tasty, as is the three-colored salad of arugula, endive and radicchio, served with lemon vinaigrette. Dinner features pan-seared salmon; beet and spinach gnocchi with creamy leek sauce and crispy prosciutto; butternut squash ravioli filled with short rib, ricotta and pine nuts; red wine risotto and duck confit. Specials include items such as lamb osso buco. Happy hour happens Monday through Friday from 5 p.m. to 6 p.m. Centonove offers online ordering through DoorDash.
