Restaurant Patois chef/owner Aaron Burgau and high school classmate Marc Bonifacic collaborated to bring Central City BBQ to fruition. Enjoy wood-smoked BBQ options such as ribs, pulled pork, brisket, turkey, sausage and boudin. Among the sides are the bestselling sweet corn spoonbread, potato salad, Creole slaw and macaroni and cheese. For dessert, you'll find brownies, banana pudding and cobbler.
