| The good-looking crowd at Ceviche can sample over 45 different hot and cold tapas. All are made from old Spanish recipes, with an emphasis on sherry, tomatoes, garlic, olive oil, olives, Spanish ham, cheeses, mussels, pork and sea bass. Ceviche de la Casa is the house specialty featuring shrimp, scallops, squid and sea bass in lime juice, tomatoes, scallions and peppers, and seasoned with cilantro and tequila. Or consider the smoked platter---smoked Scottish salmon, pastrami-style, and smoked trout, with condiments, toasted bagel and Philadelphia cream cheese. Topping it off is a wine list comprised of only Spanish labels, sangrĂa made from an old Spanish recipe and live, flamboyant Spanish music on Friday and Saturday nights. |
