Ceviche Tapas Bar & Restaurant Restaurant Review: Ceviche’s menu offers more than 45 different hot and cold tapas. All are made from old Spanish recipes, with an emphasis on sherry, tomatoes, garlic, olive oil, olives, Spanish ham, cheeses, mussels, pork and sea bass. Ceviche de la Casa is the house specialty featuring shrimp, scallops, squid and sea bass in lime juice, tomatoes, scallions and peppers, and seasoned with cilantro and tequila. Or consider the “tabla de salmon” with smoked Scottish salmon and pastrami-style salmon plus accompaniments. Topping off the experience is a wine list comprised of only Spanish labels, sangría, and live, flamboyant Spanish music on Friday and Saturday nights.
