You’ll feel like a Texas cattle baron as you gaze out on downtown Dallas from the 38th floor of the Adam's Mark Hotel. Kick up your boots, order some whiskey on the rocks and relax in the elegant Art Deco setting. Though you won’t find trendy food here, the seafood and steaks are always impeccably prepared. Creamy lobster bisque is the way to start your meal followed by a juicy New York strip with a dollop of herbed butter, or with the tender lobster served with lemon butter.
