| Charlie Palmer's eponymous restaurant in the Joule Urban Resort in Dallas is the renowned chef's first outpost in Texas. Scott Romano, the on-site executive chef, pays homage to the restaurant's namesake with a New American menu reflective of Palmer's progressive American cuisine.
