: The famous douceur angevine is everywhere in evidence at this opulent château, but it hasn't (thank goodness!) sapped the energy of Gérard Côme, whose delicate, delicious cuisine is sheer delight. In the bright dining room or on the tranquil terrace, guests savor the flavors of perfection, from appetizer to dessert. Fabulous cellar; distinguished service.
