Chateau Lalinde Restaurant Review:
Once used as a prison, this little château built in the thirteenth century and rebuilt in the nineteenth has been turned into a pleasant stopping place, thanks to the efforts of Guy Gensou. The traditional cuisine with regional inspirations is ably prepared and full of honest flavors. The small cellar concentrates on local offerings. In the summer, there are poolside barbecues.
