This minimalist pizzeria is operated by the neighboring Cheese Board Collective cheese store and bakery. The pizzas---only one variety is served each day---feature a somewhat thin chewy-crunchy sourdough crust topped with cheese and a distinctive ever-shifting array of seasonal produce. One version may be topped with onion, garlic, cilantro, tomato, feta and mozzarella and a bright sprinkling of lemon zest. Another might be anointed with Gorgonzola and thinly sliced pears. Early arrival ensures a pick of the bakery's fresh, warm scones, brioches and other treats. But lines to get in, especially soon after opening time, can reach the end of the block and be seriously daunting.
