The Cheesecake Factory Restaurant Review: It's sometimes difficult to get a seat during crunch time at lunch and dinner at this Winter Park Village hot-spot. The Cheesecake Factory is in a beautiful space, with high ceilings and tromp l'oeil finishes. It takes a while to peruse the menu, with its more than 200 items. Portions are generous, so you may want to consider sharing, or choosing from the small plates and snacks menu. We can recommend the spicy ahi tempura roll, the fresh kale salad, and the sweet corn tamale cakes. There are pizzas, pastas, seafood, steaks and two pages of specialties, like fish ‘n’ chips, a chicken and rice burrito, spicy Thai chicken and fish tacos. There’s also a entire “skinnylicious” menu with lower-calorie options like shrimp summer rolls, spicy chicken salad and soft tacos. Whatever you decide, save room for the cheesecake --- forget any other dessert. The original (plain) version is always a standout, but they've taken excess to a new level with more than a dozen decadent options like chocolate-coconut cream, peanut butter cup fudge ripple and peppermint bark. What the heck, eat dessert first.
